WHAT IS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT?

Ultimately the construction manager (or site manager) is responsible for guaranteeing that the project is completed within an agreed timeframe and budget and to the guidelines of the tender allowances. This involves management of the delivery team or contractor. Beyond the workforce, a construction management service with Deavall Associates will also ensure that the client is making best use of the available resources and prevent wasteful additional work.
The service often goes in hand with quantity surveying and commercial management. The construction manager in collaboration with the quantity surveyor and commercial manager will be occupied with the following:
